About course

There is a stereotype that every person has a certain type of thinking - someone has an "analytical mindset," someone is very creative, and someone can think strategically. This statement is only partially true, because the human brain is very plastic, and you can develop thinking skills in the same way as you can build muscles through physical training. This course covers several different areas, which, when combined, can significantly improve your ability to think outside the box, systematically or analytically:

  • Creative and lateral thinking: what to do when you need to improve an existing thing or create a new one from scratch? How to find innovative solutions and make ideas relevant to the company and the client? These and many other questions will be answered in the first module of the Thinking Development Program.
  • Critical and Analytical Thinking: The interactive program of this module allows you to learn more about the reasons why we act irrationally through case studies and exercises, and to find ways to overcome this using the tools of critical and analytical thinking. Learn how to work with information efficiently and impartially, as well as analyze system components, make decisions, and improve your performance.
  • Systems Thinking and Design Thinking: This module will introduce participants to systems thinking approaches for a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between business elements. You will also learn about the tools and stages of design thinking, a customer-centered approach to creating solutions, products, and services.
