This workshop is designed to help participants identify and overcome barriers to change and unlock personal potential. The material is organized around the four pillars of personal transformation: Direction, Attitude, Relationships and Execution (DARE). Together these pillars form a framework that encompasses comprehensive strategies to address your current “change challenges.”
The learn-apply-reflect cycles built into the workshop create an experiential learning environment to help participants discover high-leverage practices to enact change. Furthermore, the research-driven insights on how to overcome resistance to change are combined with the creative problem-solving approach to help participants develop a tailored strategy for personal transformation.
