About course

This course presents the 10 best principles for improving your personal and professional effectiveness. The principles are derived from behavioral science research, time management, psychology of change, business literature, management science and other relevant subject areas.

Individual and group-level exercises help participants discover creative ways to apply the time-tested principles of self-management. Furthermore, the learn-apply-reflect cycles built into the workshop create an experiential learning environment that will deepen your understanding of the factors that drive human performance.
