Roman Dubas is a high-level professional in the area of education management with over 15 years of experience in the leading Ukrainian institutions

Roman Dubas

He has led enrollment teams responsible for design and implimplemented student recruitment strategies for the last decade.

Roman believes in education as a key driver for life quality improvement. He aims to make AUK global opportunities achievable for talented Ukrainian youth to save and develop human capital in Ukraine. His approach unites strategic vision, a deep understanding of the education process, and faith in the potential of Ukrainian students.

He obtained an MSc with distinction in global business management at Newcastle Business School (Northumbria University, UK) and holds a master’s in international management at Vadim Hetman Kyiv National Economic University.
