Team leaders shape the operational reality of every business. They establish processes, set priorities, anticipate risks, and maintain team performance. Their ability to lead effectively determines whether an organization can succeed today while building capacity for tomorrow.

The Master of Science in Organizational Leadership equips professionals with the knowledge and practical skills to lead teams, manage organizational dynamics, and drive transformation in today's complex global business environment.

Over 18 months, participants work on real business challenges alongside a cohort of experienced professionals facing similar leadership situations.

Upon Completion of the Program, You Will:

Apply essential managerial competencies, from delegation to ethical decision-making, in everyday leadership situations.

Understand how teams are formed, developed, and supported throughout every stage of their lifecycle.

Identify performance gaps within teams and implement effective solutions.

Recognize cognitive biases in leadership and apply evidence-based decision-making techniques.

Make informed decisions even in conditions of uncertainty and incomplete information

Understand business as a system of interconnected decisions and develop strategic thinking within a global context.

Effectively manage your time and priorities while balancing strategic and operational responsibilities.

Build productive cross-functional collaboration through a practical understanding of finance, marketing, and project management.

Classes are held twice a month (Friday–Saturday) in a hybrid format, combining online learning with on-campus sessions.
The program integrates academic knowledge with practical application through case studies, assignments, and real corporate challenges.
Students learn from internationally recognized faculty, industry experts, and experienced professionals from leading companies.
This is education designed to strengthen your leadership while creating immediate value in your workplace.

Program Structure

The program consists of core courses, elective courses, practical training, and a capstone project. The total workload is 90 ECTS credits.

Elective Courses — 24 ECTS:

Students choose elective courses from the program catalog based on their professional interests.

Practical Training — 12 ECTS

Students complete practical training focused on applying leadership and management knowledge to real organizational environments.

Capstone Project — 6 ECTS

The Capstone Project is a practice-oriented project (approximately 30 pages) focused on optimizing or transforming a specific business process within a department or organization. It enables students to solve a real organizational challenge while strengthening internal expertise and creating measurable business value.
