About course

A Delivery Manager is a person who owns all the engineering aspects of deliverables. In other words, this specialist is responsible for the solution to appear on the customer’s servers or computers and run upgrades appropriately. Aside from vast technical knowledge, the Delivery Manager should have excellent interpersonal skills to organize customer interaction on a high level.

This comprehensive course comprises 8 modules designed to equip aspiring Delivery Managers with a robust skill set. It covers fundamental project management principles, strategies for organizing critical project components, key principles of Agile methodologies, essentials of effective people management, and fostering strong customer relations. Additionally, the curriculum delves into Solution Architecture fundamentals and best practices for Engineering Excellence.

Graduates of this program will be equipped with the knowledge and capabilities vital for successfully managing and overseeing the delivery of IT projects or products.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will:
