The AUK team promotes the internship, collects applications, and shortlists candidates. You can interview or assess selected applicants.
AUK assists with logistics and legal matters. Employers cover student employment costs, including relocation, visa, accommodation, and insurance for international internships.
Interns begin their assignments, engage in projects, and contribute to your organization. AUK remains in contact with both you and the interns, offering support as needed.
At the program’s conclusion, assess intern performance, provide feedback, and issue recommendation letters if applicable. Employers may also extend job offers for future collaboration.
