Meet the Speakers.
Oleksii Podoliev - is the Co-founder of OKR UA, where he leads ecosystem partnerships. He advises both public institutions—including the Ministry of Digital Transformation ecosystem, Brave1, the Ukrainian Startup Fund, and the Ministry of Defense Transformation Center—and private-sector organizations on strategy execution and organizational transformation.
Dariia Harbuzova - leads internal communications and change management projects at OKR UA. Her experience spans both private companies and the public sector, including building internal communication systems for the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) and Diia.
