AUK Leadership Club with Mariia Osyka, Director of Agribusiness Investments at Agroprosperis Group

A big thank you to Mariia Osyka for an inspiring conversation that challenges us to think bigger, trust people, and build a bridge to the future today!

On August 27, the AUK Alumni Leadership Club hosted another incredible meeting. Our guest speaker was Mariia Osyka, Director of Agribusiness Investments at Agroprosperis Group.

The discussion focused on anti-crisis business strategies in times of total uncertainty, leadership, team adaptation, and finding new opportunities amidst logistical challenges.

"For Ukraine's resilience — and that of our companies — we must think not only about today, about how to handle current challenges, but start building now the new platforms and innovations that will become the bridge to the future. Moreover, my team and I personally believe that challenges create new opportunities — and that Ukrainians, with our creative thinking and intellect, can turn any problem into an unconventional solution."

 

Our alumni and senior students also received valuable guidance from Mariia Osyka:

• In a rapidly changing world moving into a new digital era, it is vital for Ukraine — and for every individual company — to seek alliances, communities, and partnerships that strengthen us and lead to victory, both in security and in business.
• Teams must keep learning continuously to stay on top of the latest trends, anticipate the future, and create innovations.
• It's important to learn to analyze challenges and turn them into opportunities.
• There is plenty of capital in the world — what matters is learning to understand where it flows and how to gain access to it.
• The most important thing in managing a large company is believing in people — in their potential and strengths.
