Biography

A. Kliuchnikov's research interests include intercultural leadership, artificial intelligence in leadership, organizational culture, consistency, and ethics in leadership. His current works explore the cross-cultural application of leadership theories.
Artem Kliuchnikov heads research projects and is a strategic consultant for business companies and funds.
A. Kliuchnikov's professional and teaching experience includes working as a visiting professor at the Indiana Institute of Technology on the doctoral program Global Leadership and developing two courses for Tiffin University's new Ph.D. program on leadership.

Artem Kliuchnikov is an associate professor of the Department of Business Administration and Management at the American University of Kyiv.
He graduated from Taras Shevchenko Kyiv University in 1998 with a degree in Journalism. In 2014, he received a Ph.D. in Public Management and Administration at Regent University (CSHA).

Artem Kliuchnikov is an active member of the International Leadership Association (ILA) and the co-founder and director of the Analytical Center for Leadership Research and Development (ACLRD) in Kyiv. Through ACLRD, Dr. Kliuchnikov continues researching leadership practices in Eastern Europe and developing and delivering leadership training workshops.
Currently, A. Kliuchnikov continues to develop and teach various courses in the master's program in leadership as a visiting professor at the International Leadership University in Nairobi, Kenya.
