At AUK AI Café at American University Kyiv, together with Dmytro Ovcharenko, we held the first session. The offline format felt less like a conference or a talk and more like a working discussion.
We focused on real challenges of applying AI in GovTech in the Ukrainian context — from building effective guardrails to exploring engineering solutions that ensure the necessary quality attributes for user-facing AI systems. Special thanks to Volodymyr Holomb for the insightful engineering explanations.
It is valuable to see an expert community forming around practical problems, with open exchange and grounded discussions — a direction we are continuing to develop within the AI Research Center at American University Kyiv.
