AUK Dnipro Campus Officially Launches the New Academic Year on Dnipro City Day

On September 11, alongside the celebration of Dnipro City Day, the AUK Dnipro Campus hosted its traditional YEAR OPENING CEREMONY 2026, bringing together students, faculty, university leadership, donor partners, and regional business leaders.

This date was deeply symbolic for the AUK Dnipro Campus community: celebrating together with the city on its birthday, the university launched both a new academic year and a new chapter in the campus's development.

Key Highlights of the Сeremony:

• Strong Regional & Corporate Support: Honored guests addressed the incoming cohort, including Mykola Lukashuk (Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council), Borys Markov (Board Member at ATB Corporation), and Pavlo Ovchynnikov (Co-owner & CEO of KIDDISVIT Group). The strong business presence once again highlighted the importance of partnership between AUK Dnipro Campus, the city, and the industry.

• Academic Traditions: Students officially took the University Oath, committing to academic integrity and service to society. Standing out for their leadership and drive, top student leaders received the prestigious President’s Award.

• Unforgettable Finale: The ceremony wrapped up on a high note with a live performance by the AUK Student Band, playing a cover of Okean Elzy’s hit "Kvitka".

Congratulations to all our students on this new beginning! Here’s to a year packed with growth, exciting opportunities, new friendships, and outstanding achievements!
