Hanna Shvindina is the author of more than 100 scientific publications. Her research interests include civic collaboration, socio-economic strategies and innovation, change management, organizational development, civic education, and leadership.
During her active professional activity, Hanna Shvindina won several individual scholarships, including Erasmus Mundus (BACKIS, EMINENCE), a scholarship named after Fulbright, and others. Her scientific experience includes postdoctoral research at the University of Montpellier (France) and Purdue University (USA).
Hanna Shvindina is a professor at the American University of Kyiv.
Hanna Shvindina graduated from Sumy State University (diploma with honors) in 1999, majoring in Organizational Management. In 2006, she obtained the scientific degree of candidate of economic sciences, majoring in "Economics of nature use and protection of natural resources" at Sumy State University; in 2019, she obtained the scientific degree of Doctor of Economic Sciences, majoring in "Economics and Enterprise Management" at Sumy State University.
Hanna Shvindina's visionary leadership led to the founding of the COIL projects in Ukraine, a groundbreaking initiative that started in 2019 in cooperation with the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and continued with Washington State University (USA). Her ability to secure funding for the Jean Monnet (Team Leader) project in 2021 further demonstrates her strategic acumen and commitment to academic excellence.
As the CEO of the Lifelong Learning Center NGO, Hanna Shvindina's commitment to community development is evident. She not only runs leadership and communications courses but also organizes community empowerment programs and develops a range of community services, showcasing her dedication to lifelong learning and social progress.
H. Shvindina is a member of the European Marketing and Management Association's scientific committee, the CENA community, the Researchers' Excellence Network (RENET), and the Ukrainian Association for the Development of Management and Business Education. She is also a member of the editorial boards of scientific journals in Ukraine, Poland, and Switzerland and an invited reviewer of international conferences in Poland, Germany, Ukraine, and the USA.
