Instructor:

Mikkel Gudsøe is one of Denmark’s leading negotiation experts.
He holds a law degree and, as a former attorney, has negotiated numerous national and international agreements, including with Philippe Starck, Paris Hilton, and Cristiano Ronaldo. As a trained mediator, he has handled high-stakes conflicts. For almost two decades, Mikkel has taught negotiation at Aarhus University, where he is an Honorary Associated Professor.

Mikkel also teaches Strategic Negotiation in the Flexible Master of Public Leadership program at the University of Southern Denmark and is a regular instructor for the Danish Bar Association’s legal education program. He is a Senior Fellow at the Swiss-based Institute for Global Negotiation and part of the International Academy for Dispute Resolution (INADR.org). Mikkel is certified in the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) and is pursuing a PhD at the University of Southern Denmark, researching political negotiations.
