American University Kyiv is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Nataliia Andriichuk as Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs!

We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Nataliia Andriichuk to the AUK leadership team. Holding a Ph.D. in Pedagogical Sciences, the academic title of Associate Professor, and a Master’s degree in Public Administration, Dr. Andriichuk seamlessly combines a rich academic background with strong management expertise.

Prior to joining AUK, Dr. Andriichuk held key executive roles across both the public and academic sectors. She served as Director of the Department of International Cooperation at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, advised the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights on international relations and European integration, and previously chaired academic departments.

Her teaching and research achievements have been recognized with numerous grants, including those from the University of Warsaw and the Open Society Foundation, as well as certificates from prestigious global programs such as Erasmus+ and Central European University. A scholar with over 40 publications, monographs, and textbooks in international journals, her research focuses on inclusive and comparative education, with a special emphasis on adapting Northern European educational models in Ukraine.

As Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Dr. Andriichuk will oversee strategic academic management, faculty development, educational quality assurance, and the integration of international standards into AUK’s curricula.
