American University Kyiv continues to expand its partnerships with industry leaders to unlock new opportunities for our students. AUK has officially signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Wix, a global leader in digital design and tech development.

This partnership focuses on enhancing educational programs, sharing practical expertise in digital design, and supporting AUK students' career growth.

Joint initiatives will encompass:

  • Guest lectures & mentorship
  • Immersive learning visits to Wix offices
  • Curriculum development and alignment

During the signing ceremony, Tetiana Skoryk, Wix Site Leader in Ukraine and Poland, highlighted the importance of investing in young talent,

"Today, as the demand for young talent in Ukraine continues to grow, we are thrilled to combine our strengths and build a shared ecosystem for learning and hands-on experience. As a socially responsible digital design company, we aim to empower the next generation of professionals. We are proud to pursue this mission alongside a modern institution like American University Kyiv — right here in Ukraine, where creativity and attention to aesthetics are deeply valued."

Dr. Sergiy Tytenko, Dean of the EPAM School of Digital Technologies at AUK, emphasized the value of industry-aligned education,

"At AUK, we ensure our students receive a seamless blend of academic rigor, research, and practical experience tailored to modern market needs. Following the launch of our Bachelor’s program in Digital Experience Design & AI last year, we sought strong partners who share our core values. We are delighted to collaborate with Wix, a team that brings world-class expertise and a global vision to the field."

This partnership marks a significant milestone in advancing student skills and building direct pathways for future designers to enter the global tech industry.
