Research

Gilbert Brady is a lecturer at AUK.
He earned a bachelor's degree from the United States Military Academy, a master's degree in educational administration from Santa Clara University, and a Doctor of Education (EdD) with a specialization in Executive Leadership from George Washington University.

In 2012, he joined Core Strengths, a company specializing in professional education, training, software development and design, and leadership development - Dr. Brady consults and trains executives to be leaders who understand and focus on building effective interactions. His clients include Anheuser-Busch, Harley Davidson, New York Life, Abbvie, R1 RCM and Xylem.
Gilbert Brady is a board member of Curriki, a nonprofit education technology company based in San Jose, California, and a board member of Cristo Rey High School and Nativity Prep Academy in San Diego.

A seasoned expert in the field of entrepreneurship, with previous experience as an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland University College and as an adjunct professor in the leadership doctoral program at Alliant International University in San Diego.
Dr. Brady is an expert in the development of management teams. His work focuses on encouraging managers from various industries to develop their leadership potential and build effective relationships in their companies.
