The Global Leadership & Strategy concentration within the MGM program is designed to deliver mastery in leadership and management principles and practices. It prepares leaders to take on additional managerial responsibilities in global organizations or to make a career change across industries or sectors.

About the program

The Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University is home to the world’s #1 ranked Master’s in Management program. When pursuing your Master’s studies at AUK, you will have access to ASU's state-of-art curriculum in this area.

The Global Leadership & Strategy concentration within the MGM degree program is built on a strong foundation of traditional business administration courses, such as economics, finance, accounting, entrepreneurship, and leadership.

You will gain strategic decision-making, team management, and cross-cultural communication skills. Additionally, you will learn to lead organizational change, enhance business performance, and navigate negotiations with ethical leadership, preparing you for leadership roles in global organizations.

Congratulations! This is your first step toward admission to AUK. To access the registration form, you will need to create a personal applicant`s account at AUK online enrollment space. Please note that the registration form must be filled out in English. You will also need to upload documents, a resume in English and write a motivation letter.
