Research

Nataliia Viatkina is a philosopher and scientist who researches philosophical problems in formal logic, analytical philosophy, philosophy of science, cognitive sciences, philosophy of mind, and language. Her extensive research has led to the publication of more than 50 scientific works, including chapters in 17 collective monographs and the individual monograph "Sense and Ontology in Logic."
Nataliia Viatkina provides individual and group consultations on writing projects, conducting scientific research, project-oriented learning, STEM Education, decision-making, and critical thinking in education and business.
She has experience in book publishing and editing as the founder of the humanitarian literature publishing house "Abris" and the head of the translation project of the Library of Classical World Scientific Thought (BKSND) of the "Folio" publishing house. She is a member of the Board of the OlafPine Foundation and the Ukraine-France Association and a moderator of the Aspen Institute, Kyiv.

Nataliia Viatkina is a visiting professor and consultant at American University Kyiv. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree from the Institute of Philosophy, named after H. Skovoroda of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. She is a senior researcher in the Department of Logic and Methodology of Science of the H. Skovoroda Institute of Philosophy of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Docent of the Ukrainian-American Institute "University of Wisconsin/Concordia," course instructor of "Research Methods and Analysis course (2013-2020).

Nataliia Viatkina worked as a research program coordinator at the non-governmental organization "Center for Social Forecasting" and as a program coordinator at the American Councils for Collaboration in Education and Language Studies (ACCELS). She also worked as the executive director of the "Transformation of Humanities in Ukraine" Program of the International Renaissance Foundation.
In 2015-2016, Dr. Viatkina was the director of the Institute for Modernization of the Content of Education (2015-2016), a state scientific institution under the Ministry of Education of Ukraine, where she contributed to reforming the Ukrainian education system. She developed and implemented a number of educational programs and projects. She is an experienced organizer of numerous conferences, round tables, discussions, and competitions on academic and scientific issues.
