Boatwright Professor of Economics twice, recognizing his contributions to William Jewell College. Dr. Bots has also done consulting work and received numerous certifications in leadership studies.

Yuriy Bots's research focuses on international trade, service sector productivity, and stock market reactions to mergers and acquisitions. His most recent research work includes interdisciplinary projects that examine leadership issues in nonprofit organizations and the impact of developing metacognitive skills on reducing cognitive errors and emotional biases.
