Dr. Yuriy Bots is a Dean of the School of Management and Associate Professor at American University Kyiv.
He graduated from the Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas in 2006 with a specialty in entrepreneurial Economics.
Dr. Yuriy Bots, PhD from Purdue University (USA), has extensive practical experience as an economist in various fields. His role as an Associate Professor of Economics in the Department of Business and Leadership at William Jewell College further enriches his academic profile.

Dr. Bots has received numerous awards for his contributions to teaching and learning. He was named the John W. Boatwright Professor of Economics twice, recognizing his contributions to William Jewell College. Dr. Bots has also done consulting work and received numerous certifications in leadership studies.

Yuriy Bots's research focuses on international trade, service sector productivity, and stock market reactions to mergers and acquisitions. His most recent research work includes interdisciplinary projects that examine leadership issues in nonprofit organizations and the impact of developing metacognitive skills on reducing cognitive errors and emotional biases.
