Viktor Burlaka is joining AUK as a Professor and Director of the Business Psychology Program.
Viktor is a Full Professor at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and holds a Ph.D. in Social Work and Clinical Psychology from the University of Michigan. His academic work includes several books, peer-reviewed publications, and leading research projects on interpersonal violence, trauma, parenting, and family systems. He has extensive experience in clinical practice, capacity building, and program development and has trained thousands of mental health providers in the U.S., Ukraine, and Eastern Europe. He collaborates with government institutions and non-profits on evidence-based approaches to burnout prevention and mental health care.
In his role at AUK, Dr. Burlaka will contribute to building and leading the Psychology program and supporting students through teaching, research, and curriculum development.
