Dialogues with Leaders: Meeting with the CEO of PepsiCo Ukraine at AUK Dnipro Campus

Olenа Kutina, the CEO of PepsiCo Ukraine, visited AUK Dnipro Campus, transforming the meeting from a simple lecture into an engaging and interactive discussion. She answered students' questions, shared her experience in managing a large international company, and talked about the process of developing new products — from the initial idea to their appearance on store shelves.

Students were particularly impressed by her practice of testing new products with her family, showcasing a true consumer perspective. They also learned more about collaboration with retail chains and how decisions are made in large businesses.
