American University Kyiv has launched the AI Research Center

We are proud to announce the launch of the AI Research Center— a new hub for innovation, research, and collaboration in the field of Artificial Intelligence.

The mission of the Center is to explore AI responsibly and creatively, applying it to real-world challenges while advancing global scientific knowledge. The Center brings together faculty, students, and industry partners to bridge theory and practice, driving innovation in education, software engineering, and human–computer interaction.

Research at the AI Research Center focuses on developing technologies that empower people and transform the ways we learn and create, ranging from AI-driven learning environments to intelligent software engineering tools and human-centered design with AI.

The Center is headed by Dr. Sergiy Tytenko, whose vision and leadership unite academic and industry expertise to advance AI research and its meaningful applications.
