American University Kyiv has joined the "Ambitious" educational initiative launched by Kyivstar to support talented youth in Ukraine.

As part of the program, 30 students will receive grants to study for bachelor’s programs at the country’s leading private universities: American University Kyiv, Ukrainian Catholic University, and KSE University.

For AUK, this is not just participation in the grant program – it is part of our mission: to provide access to high-quality education based on American standards for those who have the potential to change the country.

Students who choose AUK will be able to study in modern interdisciplinary programs at the intersection of technology and business, including:

  • Digital Experience Design & AI
  • Global Finance
  • Global Management
  • Data Science & AI
  • Software Engineering and AI
  • Business Administration
  • Marketing Science

"We are sincerely grateful to Kyivstar for this strategic partnership and investment in the most valuable – the youth of Ukraine. Grants are not just about access to education; they are about believing in the potential of a new generation of leaders, innovators, and changemakers. It is especially important that these young people have the opportunity to receive higher education based on American standards, while remaining in their native land, and shape the future of Ukraine today. Together, we are educating leaders who will become the major source of development of a strong, modern, and successful state," said Dan Rice, President of American University Kyiv.

The "Ambitious" program is aimed at supporting young people with high potential who aspire to receive education in Ukraine and contribute to its restoration and growth.
