From February 16-18, 2026, the Nineteenth Workshop on Nonstationary Systems and Their Applications took place at the Faculty of Computer Science, Opole University of Technology, Poland, as part of the celebration of the university's 60th anniversary. This collaborative event was organized by Opole University of Technology, American University Kyiv, Cracow University of Technology, and Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
The workshop provided a platform for presenting and discussing innovative research in the modeling and processing of cyclostationary processes and their generalizations. Throughout the workshop, participants engaged in fruitful discussions, delivering presentations showcasing cutting-edge research in the field. The materials from the workshop will be published in a special edition of Mathematica Applicanda.

In addition to the academic sessions, attendees enjoyed a festive dinner and an engaging excursion, which fostered valuable networking opportunities. We are proud to announce that Roman Sliepko, a Researcher and Doctor of Philosophy from the Department of Methods and Facilities for Acquisition and Processing Diagnostic Signals at the Karpenko Physico-Mechanical Institute of the NAS of Ukraine, received the award and $500 prize for the best talk, as funded by the Rector of American University Kyiv.

"We are honored to recognize Roman Sliepko for his exemplary work and impactful presentation at the workshop. His dedication to advancing research in our field is commendable, and we are proud to support and celebrate such outstanding contributions within our academic community," emphasized Jacek Leskow, Ph.D., AUK Rector.
"We appreciate everyone's efforts in making this workshop a success and look forward to future collaborations and events. Thank you for your participation, and we hope to see you at our next gathering!” – stressed Serhii Lupenko, Ph.D., professor at EPAM School of Digital Technologies at AUK.
