American University Kyiv is pleased to announce the start of studies for the first-ever cohort of bachelor's students under the AUK – Arizona State University (ASU) dual degree program. Previously, we welcomed only master’s students; now, 19 AUK bachelor’s students have become members of the academic community of one of the most innovative universities in the USA.
Students are fully immersed in their studies at ASU online, and one of our students is studying in person in Arizona. The dual degree program provides students with access to ASU’s cutting-edge curriculum, international faculty, research opportunities, and collaborative workshops with American and international students. Under the current collaboration, ASU offers two bachelor’s programs for AUK students: Bachelor of Global Management (BGM) and BS Software Engineering.
Emiliia Saranchuk, a student of the AUK Global Management bachelor’s program and AUK-ASU student, shared her first impressions,
“At first it was a bit challenging – everything is new and you have to figure it out. But overall, I really like it! There’s a special atmosphere here, and what impresses me most is the support – people treat me in a way that makes me feel as comfortable as possible, almost like I’m at home.”
Congratulations to the first cohort of AUK-ASU bachelor’s students: Viktoriia Hlushchenko, Leonid Bilousov, Azalia Esmail Pur, Sofiia Hordiienko, Elina Nakhkur, Artem Malamura, Emiliia Saranchuk, Anastasiia Dobrunova, Solomiia Zapisotska, Yehor Symonov, Ahniia Rozumna, Danylo Rybchynskyi, Daria Berezianska, Danylo Mamchur, Vladyslav Shvets, Oleksii Ishchenko, Mariia Gordieieva, Sofiia Holovko, and Andrii Tivonenko.
