On November 1st, AUK held an open lecture Behavioral patterns during the wartime with Volodymyr Vakhitov, AUK Associate Professor, Director of the Behavioral Science Institute. During the lecture, we talked on how we think and make decisions during wartime, when the planning horizon is several hours, how we fall into the traps of our minds, and on many many other aspects of our behavior and reactions.

Answering numerous questions on how to accept the new war reality, Volodymyr Vahitov noted: "To improve the feeling of control, you need to have a few plans for various scenarios and you have to switch between them according to changes. And the most importantly: we need to learn how to accept changes in advance."

For everyone who wants to understand how we and our partners think, learn to make less mistakes and save resources and become more efficient in decision-making process, AUK opens a course in Behavioral Economics.

It starts on November 29, 8 lectures during 4 weeks in Ukrainian. Don’t miss this important opportunity to invest in yourself!
