On September 6, as part of AUK students' meetings with industry leaders, an offline AUK Leadership and Strategy Discussion event was held with the participation of Dr. Alex Lissitsa, Chairman of the IMC Board of Directors, and AUK master's students and alumni.
During the meeting, Alex Lissitsa discussed his vision for the company's management and leadership, education, and personal growth. He also gave insights into agribusiness and described how he and his staff saved the business at the start of the war. Speaking about leadership, Mr. Lissitsa gave a firsthand account of how important it is to collaborate with individuals who are able to disagree with you and voice their thoughts. When the reverse occurs, it's an indication that you should either leave the organization or make a change.
Nobody was left uninterested after an engaging discussion about success stories, agribusiness, the economy, and business advice, in addition to lively communication with event attendees.
