During a partnership visit to Cracow University of Technology (CUT), AUK Rector Jacek Leśkow, PhD met with Andrzej Szarata, Rector of the CUT. During the meeting, the ways to strengthen the partnership between the two universities were discussed.
One of the immediate results of this meeting will be the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between AUK and CUT. This document will address student and faculty exchange and other areas of academic cooperation. Moreover, joint research activities including grant applications in the area of AI and demining between AUK and CUT are planned. Finally, Rector of CUT has extended an invitation for a group of students to visit CUT this summer and provided free accommodation in CUT dormitories.
