AUK students proudly represented Ukraine at Arizona State University (ASU) Graduate Commencement Ceremony 2024

For the first time in ASU history, the Ukrainian flag was wavering alongside the flags of other countries in the international students processing during a graduation ceremony. Eight of the 32 AUK students who obtained their double-degree diplomas from ASU proudly represented AUK and Ukraine at this year's Commencement Ceremony in Arizona.

“Ukraine is the home country of the largest aircraft in the history of humankind which is called Mria (a Dream). Due to the war, it was destroyed, but no one can destroy the true Ukrainian mria – of freedom, independence and prosperity” – outlined Karavan Kate, AUK-ASU graduate while addressing the audience of ASU graduates.
