We are thrilled to announce that our team from the AI Research Center at American University Kyiv has made it to the shortlist of 15 finalists in the prestigious 2025 Cintana Alliance Artificial Intelligence Challenge, out of a total of 82 projects!
Our team advanced as finalists with an innovative project, KnowledgeMaps AI: Generative Concept Mapping for Deeper Learning in Higher Education.
KnowledgeMaps AI is an AI-powered educational tool that transforms course materials and AI-generated content into interactive knowledge maps, helping students better understand and retain complex concepts. Interactive and editable, the maps offer students and instructors a dynamic way to explore subject matter, review material, and support critical thinking. KnowledgeMaps AI can function as a standalone tool or integrate into LMS platforms, offering a practical and innovative way to enhance learning and teaching in higher education.
