On November 22, students in the SBA513 Marketing Strategy&Management course had the privilege of welcoming Bohdan D. Shandor as a distinguished guest lecturer. Renowned for his expertise in joint ventures, emerging markets, and cross-border organizational leadership, Mr. Shandor shared invaluable insights from his experience introducing Knorr products to the markets of Egypt and Cameroon.

His discussion illuminated the complexities of market penetration strategies in developing economies, emphasizing the importance of cultural intelligence, governmental relations, and adaptive business models—key themes central to the course.
