Since 2007, Agroprosperis has been financing the production and export of Ukrainian agricultural products. In 2026, the company became the founding partner of the Bachelor in Agribusiness Management at American University Kyiv.

Around 40% of agricultural companies face a serious shortage of management talent — and the war has only deepened this challenge. Agribusiness is no longer just about production. It is about technology, data and analytics, international trade, and strategic decision-making. Without professionals who can navigate this complexity, the industry’s growth becomes much harder.
