Mark Voyger, Director of Master's program in Global Management at AUK, participated in the panel discussion at the 10th Kyiv International Economic Forum 2024

How will the results of the United States presidential election affect further support for Ukraine in the war and in its reconstruction? Will the international community remain cohesive in its support for Ukraine, or should we expect significant geopolitical changes?

These important questions became the focus of the panel discussion "Shaping the Future: Wartime Ukraine on the Global Stage" at the 10th Kyiv International Economic Forum 2024. Mark Voyger, Director of the Master's program in Global Management at AUK, a former Special Advisor to the Commanding General of the US Army in Europe, and a Senior Fellow at the Center for European Policy Analysis, participated in the panel discussion along with the following speakers:

- Michael McFaul, Professor of International Studies in Political Science at Stanford University (online)

- Peter Dickinson, Editor of the Atlantic Council's UkraineAlert service

- Valeriy Chaly, Chair of the Ukrainian Crisis Media Center board, Ambassador of Ukraine to the USA (2015-2019)

- Vitaly Portnikov, Ukrainian publicist and writer

Moderator – Andy Gunder, President of American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine.

During his address, Mark Voyger highlighted,

"In the next 2 months, President Biden has the task of doing everything and even more. First of all, to move all the delays in the supply of weapons, which occurred in efforts to balance the global security system, but this, as it turned out, was ineffective.

It is also about providing Ukraine with 6 billion dollars, which were foreseen, and in a very short time. Concerning ATACMS, remove all restrictions so that the Armed Forces of Ukraine can use them for strikes against Russian groups and ammunition depots. There is no time to delay. This is Biden's last chance to help Ukraine."
