In a world that is accelerating faster than our nervous system can adapt, young people are facing unprecedented levels of stress, burnout, and instability. How to maintain energy, focus, and inner balance when the pace of life does not allow us to stop even for a moment?
This was the topic addressed by Yevgen Shagov, MD, Ph.D., Founder of the Age Management ecosystem, and organizer of AM Summit 2025, during an open lecture-discussion within the framework of the cooperation between American University Kyiv and AM Ecosystem / Age Management Ukraine.

The speaker shared his own experience: after professional exhaustion at the age of 30, he created a methodology that helped not only recover, but also build a holistic system of long-term effectiveness. This journey became the foundation for the creation of the Age Management Ecosystem — a platform that combines medicine, AI, education, corporate health and military rehabilitation.
Dr. Shagov explained that the real capital of modern youth is not money, but energy, attention and clarity of thinking. Those who learn to maintain these resources will be able to achieve their goals systematically, not by chance. This topic is especially relevant for students: a generation that has a chance to live for more than 100 years, but only if they learn to manage their own body, mind and rhythm of life.
"If I could turn to my 20-year-old self, I would say: do not waste years to restore what can be preserved today. Longevity is not a dream, but a strategic skill that should be mastered at university," Dr. Shagov emphasized.
Thank you to Yevgen Shagov for a deep, inspiring conversation and for the opportunity to see health not as a given, but as your own strategy for success.
