Tetyana Sviridova is an associate professor at the American University of Kyiv. She has professional experience as a director of the quality department at Epam Global.
She graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine, "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute," in 2002, majoring in "System Analysis and Management." In 2006, she obtained a scientific degree as a candidate of technical sciences in mathematical modeling and computer systems at the National University, "Lviv Polytechnic. "
She has worked on more than 20 successful projects in various professional roles, including tester, head of the testing department, and delivery manager. As head of the WEST UA testing department, she gained not only significant technical experience but also expertise in competence development.
