What transformation Ukrainians have undergone since February 24 and how it will help them to resist the aggressor — Dr. Volodymyr Vakhitov
Rage instead of fear – the way Ukrainians began to perceive the war. What transformation Ukrainians have undergone since February 24 and how it will help them to resist the aggressor explains Volodymyr Vakhitov, director of Behavioral Science Institute and Associate Professor at American University Kyiv, in his recent interview to Forbes Ukraine.
“Intimidation of the population doesn't work as it did at the beginning of the invasion. If rockets fell in the centers of large cities in February-March, there would be less resistance. But eight months of losses – personal, infrastructural, territorial – formed and strengthened understanding: there is no room left for fear”, - stresses Dr. Vakhitov.
