This Tuesday the members of American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine had an opportunity to join the AmCham Business School lecture “Digital Revolution in Management of Operations” by AUK Rector Jacek Leskow.
During the lecture, Dr. Leskow talked not only on the direct and highly obvious impact of digitalization and its instruments on productivity, inventory management, and order fulfillment systems but also on much deeper philosophical outcomes.
In particular, he stressed, “Digitalization impacted the whole system of doing business, it brought a lot of democracy and flattening of hierarchy in organizations, better understanding of its clients and stakeholders since they can be contacted via one click.”
