AUK campus hosted the 2nd day of the conference "Synergy. IT Business & IT Education". We were delighted to welcome the representatives of IT and education in AUK since we believe in the synergy of ideas and instruments.
Sergiy Tytenko, Ph.D., associate professor, and program director of the master's program Software Engineering at AUK during the discussion "The industry is waiting: who is the candidate of the future?" outlined:
"The ideal candidate of IT industry today has both strong hard and soft skills. I can assure you that Masters in Software Engineering at AUK are these candidates: they already have successful work experience in good companies and feel the need in further career and professional upgrade. This is why they come to AUK.
In AUK engineers can delve more deeply into the understanding of Software Design, Solution Architecture, product requirements and quality, etc. They gain broader knowledge about how the IT industry and processes are organized, and how trends are formed, and develop a kind of professional intuition."
