The EPAM School of Digital Technologies , launched in 2022 at American University Kyiv , offers innovative IT higher education in both BS and MS programs. The School’s programs are developed with an American approach to education, based on the Arizona State University curriculum and support the dual degree model, giving students the possibility to gain both AUK and ASU diplomas. Each Program is enriched with practical knowledge from EPAM experts and career-centered hands-on training in digital innovation and software development, using advanced technologies, the Program brings together industry leading instruction and practical experience to help students learn how to solve real-world engineering and innovation challenges.

AUK Research Seminar

The Research Seminar at American University Kyiv is a dynamic forum for scholars, industry experts, and students to engage in discussions on cutting-edge research in various fields. Through presentations, case studies, and collaborative dialogue, the seminar fosters intellectual exchange and interdisciplinary collaboration. It provides a platform for showcasing innovative ideas, exploring emerging trends, and addressing contemporary challenges in academia and industry.

Student IT Fest 2025

Student IT Fest 2025 is an educational and career IT event for first- to fourth-year bachelor's students at Ukrainian universities.
The festival combines lectures, workshops, panel discussions, and a team hackathon to help students develop skills, build career opportunities, and find new like-minded people. 

Location: the modern campus of American University Kyiv on Poshtova Square
Format: offline
Dates: 27 October – 8 November 2025

Participants can expect:

  • Lectures and workshops from leading companies EPAM, SoftServe, Genesis, Empat, ByteCode, and Security Lab
  • Panel discussions on careers, developing hard and soft skills, and preparing for interviews
  • Team hackathon (teams of 3–4 participants; you can find a team after registering in the chat) 

Participation in the festival requires a donation of 100 UAH to the bank on the 58th of OMB. Participants with the largest donations will be entered into a raffle for valuable prizes from partners.

Job Title: Part-Time/Full-Time Software Engineering Professor/Teacher 

Location: Dnipro, Ukraine (on campus) 

Job Description: 

The Software Engineering Department of American University Kyiv (Dnipro Campus) is looking for a dynamic and experienced software engineering professional to join us as a part-time or full-time faculty member. We are particularly interested in candidates with a strong industry background and practical experience as software engineers, especially in programming, web development, and object-oriented programming (OOP).   

We also welcome applicants with a passion for scientific research in modern software engineering, software architecture, and intelligent systems design. 

Responsibilities: course Instruction, mentorship: industry Integration, curriculum development, research collaboration.
