Seminar topic:  Female Leadership in Times of Crisis: Resilience, Cooperation, and Adaptive Strategies

This talk explores the role of female leaders in guiding organizations and communities through crisis contexts, with a particular focus on Ukraine during wartime. Drawing on a qualitative study based on semi-structured interviews with the prominent leaders, the research examines how female leadership styles - often rooted in cooperation, empathy, and participatory decision-making. The study contributes in our understanding to resilience, stress reduction, and team cohesion. The presentation highlights best practices from NGOs, educational institutions, business and civic initiatives, and demonstrates how female leaders combine cooperative and competitive strategies to achieve results in times of uncertainty.
